Polyester / Spandex
The most popular performance fabric lightweight, moisture-wicking, and stretchy. Ideal for jerseys, compression wear, and all-purpose sportswear.
French Terry
Soft looped fabric used for hoodies and sweatshirts. Comfortable, breathable, and perfect for casual training and lifestyle sportswear.
Nylon / Spandex
Ultra-smooth, premium feel for leggings and sports bras. High opacity, excellent shape retention, and buttery-soft texture.
Fleece (Polar / Micro)

Brief & Tech Pack
You share your design brief, tech pack, or reference sample. We create a full specification sheet covering materials, construction, branding, and sizing before any sampling begins.
⏱ Day 1–2Fabric & Trim Sourcing
Premium performance fabrics sourced from our certified mill network. All trims, zippers, labels, and hardware ordered to your specifications and quality-checked on arrival.
⏱ Day 3–6Pattern Making
Custom patterns graded in all your sizes. First patterns checked against your tech pack measurements before any fabric is cut ensuring perfect fit across the full size run.
⏱ Day 4–7Sample Production
Pre-production sample sewn in your exact fabric and specifications. Physical sample sent to you for fit approval adjustments made before bulk production starts.
⏱ Day 8–14Sample Approval
You approve the sample or request revisions. Revised sample produced if needed. Bulk production only begins after your written approval zero risk of bulk with wrong specs.
⏱ Day 15–17Bulk Cutting & Stitching
Fabric cut on industrial spreading and cutting tables. Pieces bundled by size, stitched by skilled machinists with inline quality checks every 10 units throughout production.
⏱ Day 18–32Branding & Finishing
Your logo applied embroidery, sublimation, screen print, or heat transfer. All labels sewn in, hang tags attached, loose threads trimmed, and garments pressed.
⏱ Day 33–36QC, Packing & Dispatch
100% final inspection of every unit. Pre-shipment photos sent to you. Packed in your custom packaging, master cartons labeled, and dispatched via DHL / FedEx / UPS worldwide.
⏱ Day 37–40Minimum Orders & Delivery Times
