Design Development & Digital Mockup
Our design team develops a full digital mockup of your garment showing exact colours, print placement, logo positioning, label placement, and construction details. You review and approve before any physical production begins.

Fabric & Materials Sourcing

Pattern Making & Grading
Our pattern makers develop precise paper and digital patterns for each style graded across your full size range. Pattern accuracy at this stage is critical to achieving consistent fit across the entire bulk production run.

Fabric Cutting
Fabric is laid up in precise plies and cut using computerised cutting equipment or skilled hand-cutting ensuring accurate pattern shapes, minimum fabric waste, and consistent piece sizes across every layer of the lay.

Sewing & Construction
Cut pieces are assembled by our skilled sewing team using the appropriate stitch type for each seam flatlock, overlock, coverstitch, and lockstitch on industrial machines calibrated for sportswear construction. In-line QC checks happen throughout the sewing process.

Printing & Decoration
All printing and decoration is applied at this stage sublimation printing, screen printing, DTG, DTF, heat transfer, and embroidery. Each technique follows a dedicated quality procedure to ensure accurate colour, sharp edges, and wash-fast results.

Labelling & Finishing
All labels are sewn or applied at the finishing stage neck labels, size labels, care instruction labels, and any side seam labels. Garments are then pressed, any loose threads trimmed, and the finished piece visually inspected before moving to final QC.

Final Quality Control Inspection
Every garment undergoes a final QC inspection checking measurements against the approved spec sheet, visual appearance, print and embroidery quality, label placement, seam strength, and overall finish. AQL inspection standards are applied across the production run.

Packing, Documentation & Dispatch
Approved garments are folded, individually polybaged, packed into outer cartons with packing lists, and handed over to the carrier. All export documentation is prepared and shared with you and your tracking number is sent the moment your shipment is collected.
