We take quality seriously every order is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our facility. This policy clearly explains what we can and cannot accept returns for, and exactly what we will do if something goes wrong on our end.
Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
Because every product we make is custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in the following situations:
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Incorrect sizes or measurements provided by the customer
- Design errors in artwork, files, or instructions provided by the customer
- Color or fabric change requests made after order confirmation
- Minor print alignment or stitching variations that fall within standard industry tolerance
- Delays caused by shipping partners, customs clearance, or third-party logistics outside our control
We strongly recommend reviewing your design proof, size chart, and all order details carefully before giving your final approval. Once production begins, we cannot make any changes.
When We Do Accept Returns Manufacturing Defects
We fully stand behind the quality of our work. We will accept a return, offer a replacement, or process a refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect such as poor stitching, print failure, or a structural fault
- The finished product is significantly different from the approved sample or design proof
- The product was damaged due to a fault on our side during production or packing
To be eligible, you must also meet the following conditions:
- Notify us within 5 business days of receiving your goods reports made after this window cannot be accepted
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or discrepancy
- If requested, return the items in unused and unwashed condition

How to Report an Issue Simple 4-Step Process
If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or does not match your approved sample, here is exactly what to do

- Attach clear photos or videos as evidence the more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it
- Our quality team will review your case and respond within 2 to 3 business days with our decision and next steps
- If your return is approved, we will send you clear instructions including whether you need to return the items or not
We respond to every reported issue. Even if your situation is not fully covered by this policy, please contact us we will always try to find a fair solution.
Resolution Options
If your issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from your approved sample, we will offer one or more of the following resolutions based on the nature of the issue and your preference:
- Free replacement of the defective or incorrect items
- Partial refund or store credit toward your next order
- Rework or repair of the affected items where applicable
- Full refund in cases of major production failure
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order only. We do not issue refunds via a different payment channel than the one originally used.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the issue is our fault (manufacturing defect or wrong item) we cover the full return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label
- If the issue is due to customer error (incorrect measurements, design file errors, or change of mind) return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
We will confirm who is responsible for shipping costs when we respond to your return request. We will never ask you to ship items back without first confirming this in writing
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and the defect is verified by our quality team:
- Decision confirmed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item
- Approved refunds processed within 5 to 7 business days
- Refund issued to your original payment method card, PayPal, bank transfer, or whichever method was used
- Confirmation email sent to you the moment your refund is issued
Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is entirely on our side.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times on their end can vary. If it has still not arrived, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate and resolve it right away.
