Screen Printing
Bold. Vibrant. Built to Last.
One of the world’s most trusted garment decoration methods screen printing delivers rich, opaque colours and sharp graphics that stay vibrant wash after wash. Ideal for logos, bold designs, and high-volume orders.
The Classic Decoration
Technique Perfected
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh screen directly onto the fabric surface one colour at a time. Each colour in your design requires a separate screen, making it the most cost-effective method for bold, multi-colour designs on medium to large volume orders. The result is a thick, opaque, long-lasting print that holds its colour brilliance through dozens of washes.
Rich, Opaque Colour
Ink is deposited in a thick layer colours appear vivid and opaque even on dark fabrics without a white base bleeding through.
Exceptional Durability
Plastisol and water-based inks cure directly into the fabric fibres resistant to cracking, fading, and peeling for the garment’s lifetime.
Cost-Effective at Volume
Setup cost per screen is fixed making screen printing increasingly economical as order quantities increase.

Our Screen Printing Process
From your artwork file to printed, finished garment a precise process at every step.
Artwork Preparation & Colour Separation
Your design file is prepared and separated into individual colour layers each colour becomes a separate screen. We ensure clean separations, sharp edges, and correct Pantone colour references before screen production begins.
Screen Production
A mesh screen is coated with light-sensitive emulsion and exposed to your artwork film hardening the emulsion everywhere except your design area. The unexposed emulsion is washed away, leaving a precise ink-passing stencil.
Print Strike-Off & Colour Approval
A test print (strike-off) is produced on the actual fabric before bulk printing begins. You review colour accuracy and placement we adjust and reprint until you are fully satisfied before proceeding to bulk.
Bulk Screen Printing
Garments are loaded onto the printing carousel ink is pushed through each screen in precise registration sequence. Each colour is printed and flash-cured before the next colour is applied, ensuring clean, sharp results.
Curing & Quality Inspection
All printed garments pass through a conveyor dryer curing the ink at the correct temperature to achieve maximum wash-fastness and durability. Every piece is inspected for print quality before moving to finishing and packing.
